Chris Miller, Sr. Applications Systems Analyst

With over 12 years of Information Systems experience Chris Miller has an established track record of delivering successful solutions. His engineering background is the basis for his systematic, thorough and yet practical and flexible approach to defining, developing, and deploying solutions.

Chris spent 17 years at Dematic, where he began in an engineering role managing the specification, manufacturing and installation of material handling conveyor systems. His drive for improving productivity by developing small-scale software applications lead him to take on business ownership of Dematic's project order entry system with its 300 users and $50M annual sales volume.

His most significant technical contribution to Dematic was the hands-on development, deployment and support of a next generation mission critical project order entry system that produced approximately $9M annual savings and has been in use for ten years.

Chris has also worked to bring a larger focus to his work by applying concepts from the fields of business process management and software engineering. As a result, he has a methodology to deliver repeatable successes that combine both business and technical aspects.
